Fundamentals classes are perfect for those who are new to reformer, or fitness in general, returning to reformer, or just looking to spend a little more time perfecting their technique. This class will focus on the foundations of Pilates, introducing deep abdominal engagement and taking the time to familiarise yourself with proper form and posture as you move with the resistance of the springs.

Intermediate classes are for those who have mastered the basics, are comfortable with their stability on the reformer without the use of a gondola pole, and are ready to pick up the pace and ramp up the intensity of their workout. This class will feature more complex movements, working full body and challenging strength, mobility and balance.
For health and safety please don't book Intermediate if you are brand new to reformer!

Advanced classes offer lots of complex exercise sequences with consistent strength and stability challenges throughout. This class is great for those looking to take their Pilates to the next level or sharpen up their athletic performance in other areas.
This class is not suitable for anyone with injuries or new to reformer.

This class is tailored to those over the age of 65, with exercises designed specifically to strengthen and support older joints as well as improving balance and posture. This will be at a slightly slower pace than some of our other classes, if that is what you are looking for.
ALL ages are welcome in ALL of our other classes (dependant only on ability), if you fit this age bracket but fancy one of our other classes please do go straight ahead and book on there instead! This class is an option for those that would prefer it.

Designed with military personnel and other athletically-conditioned individuals in mind, this class uses the Reformer to complement traditional strength and endurance training by targeting the stabilising muscles that are often overlooked. Focusing on core strength, mobility, balance and movement control, it helps improve movement efficiency, build resilience, reduce the risk of injury and support recovery between training sessions. Whether you're serving, preparing for fitness tests, participating in sport or simply looking to move and perform better, Sports Reformer helps build a stronger, more balanced body to support the physical demands of an active lifestyle. Suitable for all abilities, with exercises adapted to your experience and fitness level.
