Sports Therapy & Deep Tissue Massage in our treatment room

• The sports massage treatment will comprise of a variety of myofascial/soft tissue techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger pointing, MET stretches and soft tissue release to help relax tired muscles, improve pain and mobility and treat sports injuries. During your session you will receive a full assessment to build a treatment plan as well as some exercises to give you long term relief. 

Over a 4 week period of Sports Therapy we will assess your needs and create an exercise program for you to complete. During the sessions we will test and track your progress and help you to get back to full strength and mobility.
