All of our Personal Training sessions are delivered using the reformer apparatus, allowing for adjustable resistance, bigger ranges of movement and low impact on joints. The versatility of the equipment means thats these sessions can be tailored to meet all levels of ability from beginners to advanced, and is especially useful in accommodating for injuries while still providing a great workout.
